Annual stipend/salary for full-time fellow first year is $67,322 and increases to $69,591 in the second year. Trainees receive 15 days of vacation and 5 paid days of PTO per academic year. Fellows also receive up to 3 working days per year for conference attendance. In the second year, trainees qualify for up to $2500 reimbursement for one sponsored academic trip. The Cleveland Clinic offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for fellows and immediate family at a minimal cost.

The Cleveland Clinic has adopted a tobacco-free policy. Prospective employees will not be hired if they test positive for tobacco use.

Graduate Medical Education will not allow program entry unless all degree requirements, including dissertation, are completed.
